Remoska Cooker Reviews – The Remoska is a clever and lightweight oven invented in the Czech Republic in the 1950s as a super-efficient substitute for daily ovens – essentially a mini electric oven with a lid that does the cooking. If you want to extend your Remoska’s repertoire, you can buy a stainless steel rack separately.
Since the Remoska is a mini oven, sponge puddings, rice puddings, and sponge cakes can be baked in an ovenproof dish or baking tin that fits inside. Ready-to-eat meals in foil dishes can be popped into the Remoska right away. Pizzas can be made from frozen or fresh ingredients.
Definitely not disappointed in the least. There is pretty much nothing you can’t cook in it for one (and for two in the larger one I should imagine). From fried eggs to cakes, the Remoska does it all. Very efficient with electricity and comes with an easy to read manual.
After reading all the favourable reviews I decided to buy a Remoska. After trying three meals of my invention (root-vegetables in chunks with olive oil drizzled over them) I give the Remoska full marks. Nobody mentioned about the excellent taste of the meals. All my life over 80 years) I hated carrots and only put them in casseroles. Now, baked in long thick slices, I finally love them !
Well earned 5 stars.
