Sir Simon Stevens Salary: Stevens came to Balliol College in Oxford and was born in Birmingham in August 1966. He is the son of a minister of the Baptism and a university administrator. Rupert Read of Extinction Rebellion was among his Balliol college colleagues as were Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Stevens received an MBA from Strathclyde University in Glasgow later. After graduating from Guyana University, Stevens started his career. From 1988 to 1997, he worked as a health director in the UK and worldwide.

When he was chairman of the NHS, a £211,000 annual salary was offered to him. However, he took 10% off voluntarily, which meant he began his wage at £189,900.
