Nineteen unique ingredients have been identified across these T-Boosters, and the literature review revealed 191 studies involving the 10 most common ingredients, of which 19 percent involved human subjects, 53 percent animal models, 15 percent in vitro studies, and 12 percent case reports or review articles.
Of the 37 human studies, 30 percent observed an increase in T levels, 3 percent decreased, 46% did not have an effect, and 22 percent were indeterminate.
